After that no re-attempt is made until the user figures out what is wrong with his email.<\/p>\n<p>Another possibility is that your email is getting lost in our incoming spam.<\/p>\n<p>If you cannot reach us then try our Forums.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why don&#8217;t I get answers to support emails?
